Enrollment

1. Download and complete enrollment application.
2. Call Bentonville Preparatory to schedule appointment. Families will be given a tour of facility after which an application may be submitted if desired along with a $50 non-refundable fee to Bentonville Preparatory.
3. All prospective students and parents will be required to attend a scheduled interview for selection of placement.
4. Upon acceptance of placement, families will be required to attend a Parent/Student orientation. At that time you will receive handbooks, ACH forms, Holiday & fee schedule, etc and it will be discussed in detail.
